October 2012

This month we have four guided tours, with three of them focusing on one amazing day in Acton - Saturday October 27th. Both NewActon and The National Film and Sound Archive (less than 400 metres of each other) will be in festival mode, and with the exciting range of events on offer there is no better place to be in Canberra!

There are two behind-the-scenes tours at NewActon to align with their Art, Not Apart Day, and just across the road, enjoy a twilight garden tour in between events at the Pause and Play at the NFSA Day.

For those keen on a picturesque and informative Sunday stroll, join Dr Doug Finlayson as he guides you around the scenic foreshores of Lake Burley Griffin’s West Basin with insights into the ancient and modern geology of Canberra.

Please remember to book for all tours, as numbers are limited. Click on the links below for more information about each walk and to book.
